What We Offer

Axiom Trauma Psychology bills at a rate of $225 per hour. Axiom providers are happy to draft a super bill for individuals to be reimbursed through their insurance.

  • A Superbill is a document stating what services were provided, the provider’s name, and the diagnosis being treated. It can be submitted to your health insurance for reimbursement. The amount reimbursed is determined by the health insurance company.

  • The most common treatment schedule is to be seen once per week, but your provider may be willing to see you every other week or once a month.

  • Appointments that are canceled at least 24 hours in advance will not be billed. Appointments that are missed without a 24hour notice will be billed to the account on file.

  • Payment is due at the time service. The account on file will automaticly be charged.
